Rony Müller (1970) is the founder and partner of Adiutec AG.
After completing an apprenticeship as an electrician, he studied electrical engineering in Winterthur, specialising in microcontroller systems. He completed his postgraduate studies in business administration (Bern University of Applied Sciences) in the field of marketing management. Further training followed in usability (MAS in Human Computer Interaction Design) at the University of Basel and the University of Applied Sciences Rapperswil and in business law (MAS in Business Law) at the Fernfachhochschule.
Rony Müller has been involved in building technology since 1995 and specialises in room and façade automation. As project manager and head of building automation, he designed and supervised the first large integrated systems with KNX/EIB and LON in Switzerland. He was then responsible for all products in the field of open and proprie-tary bus systems in a Swiss company.
In addition to his work at Adiutec AG, Rony Müller has been teaching future and contin-uing professionals for over 20 years. He is also a part-time commercial judge (specialist judge) at the Commercial Court of the Canton of Zurich.
In his free time, Rony Müller devotes himself to his three children, is involved in clubs and enjoys outdoor activities (sport climbing, mountain hiking, canoeing).

Michael Birchler (1975) is a partner at Adiutec AG.
After studying electrical engineering at ETH Zurich, he took over product management at a leading Swiss company in building automation. In particular, he was also responsible for building up expertise in the field of KNX/EIB and LON bus technology.
Parallel to his professional activities, Michael Birchler completed his second degree in business administration at the FernUniversität Hagen, graduating in marketing and service management.
He passes on his knowledge in the field of building automation and communication technology in the context of training and further education at various universities of applied sciences.
In his free time, Michael Birchler enjoys sporting activities (mountain tours, climbing, running), travelling, languages and various renovation projects.

Michael Gähwiler (1977) is a partner at Adiutec AG.
After completing an apprenticeship as an electronics technician with a specialisation in embedded software, he graduated from the University of Applied Sciences Rapperswil in electrical engineering with a specialisation in computer networks, computer systems and computer science. Parallel to his professional activities, he completed an MAS in Business and Process Management with a specialisation in Product and Development Management at the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland. He is also certified by the EC-Council as a Certified Ethical Hacker and by the iSAQB as a Software Architect (CPSA-F).
Michael Gähwiler gained experience as a development engineer for embedded systems in the field of high-availability, strongly encrypted and high-performance hard disk systems. He was then drawn to building automation, where he first held technical, personnel and organisational responsibility as a development engineer and project manager, and later as development manager for all products in the field of sun shading control systems.
In his free time, Michael Gähwiler devotes himself to his children or can be found barbecuing on the garden patio, if he can part with his technical toys for a bit.
